Alaina Knief

Alaina Knief is the Outreach & Communications Manager for COWS and the Mayors Innovation Project (MIP). A proud civil servant, Alaina held positions with the Wisconsin Departments of Health Services and Workforce Development for over seven years before joining COWS, providing communications and policy support for a variety of programs with a focus on advancing equitable access to public spaces, education and training, independent living opportunities, and community employment for individuals with disabilities. A Wisconsin native, Alaina holds a BBA in Marketing and International Business from UW-Madison.
