Lauren brings over 18 years of social sector leadership specializing in cross-sector collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating psychologically safe learning environments for peer networks. Lauren excels at helping teams translate big ideas into practical, data-driven solutions that deliver equitable outcomes while navigating complex community needs and compliance requirements. She holds an MA in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational and Community Leadership from The University of Oklahoma. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Wisconsin with her husband and is always looking for tips on entertaining a spunky puppy.
