Sam Arnold is an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison double majoring in Psychology and Legal Studies with certificates in Public Policy and Criminal Justice. His passion for equitable, democratic, and sustainable public policy led him to the HRSC, where he hopes to further his policy research skills working on the Mayors Innovation Project. He plans to attend law school following graduation to study entertainment law. In his free time, Sam enjoys musical theater, skiing, running, and spending time with friends and family.
