Please send a .PNG or .EPS version of your logo to knspear@mayorsinnovation.org as soon as possible so we can display it on our website and include it on our meeting materials. Transparent background logos preferred.

Your Silver Sponsorship includes...

Meeting Pass - Deadline: January 9, 2026

Your silver sponsorship includes one full meeting registration pass for your organization’s representative of choice.

Please ask the individual who will attend to register as a “confirmed sponsor” (via the last question in the registration form) by no later than January 9, 2026.

Digital Materials - Deadline: January 9, 2026

Silver sponsors receive recognition in our national email newsletter, our website, and a social media mention prior to the meeting.

Please email us at info@mayorsinnovation.org by January 9, 2026 with the following information:

  • Which social media sites your organization is on, including your handles,
  • Any specific wording, hashtags, or phrases you would like us to use (or avoid),
  • Any logos, colors, or design elements you would like us to use (or avoid),
  • If applicable, details on any specific webinar, event, or project you would like us to highlight in our newsletter (including website URLs and associated graphics),
  • Any digital marketing materials (such as articles, reports, or promotional materials, etc.) that you would like to share with attendees. Please, no video. We will put these on flash drives for attendees and link them on our website.

NEW this year, we’ll be adding a section to our conference site highlighting our sponsors. The goal is for attendees to arrive at the meeting prepared to engage with you. We’ll send an email to attendees in advance of the conference with a link to this page. Please send us the following materials to include on the page:

  • A high resolution picture of your preferred logo,
  • Headshot(s) for the representative(s) of your organization that will be attending the meeting,
  • Your preferred contact information.

Optional information that we can include on the webpage:

  • Short (<100 word) bio(s) for the representative(s) of your organization that will be attending the meeting,
  • 1-2 descriptive material for your organization, such as a flyer, case study, or short brief (this can be the same as what you will provide on site or something different),
  • A short video (<2 mins) talking about your work/highlighting your attendance.

Printed and Branded Materials - Deadline: January 29, 2026 (arrival to hotel)

As a silver sponsor, we will display a custom individual sponsor board with your logo on site and display your logo on our Winter Meeting webpage. Additionally, we will distribute both print and branded marketing materials from your organization to all meeting attendees. You are welcome to share one printed item (up to 10 pages in length) and branded materials for our gift bags.

  • Print materials: Print materials may include one-pagers, reports, flyers, postcards, etc. Ship 100 copies of your print material of choice to the hotel. We will include the materials we receive in each attendee’s meeting information packet. For print materials to be included in attendee packets, they must arrive to the hotel no later than January 29th.
  • Branded items: Branded materials may include pens, stress balls, hand sanitizer, bandanas, screen cleaning cloths, candy tins, etc. If you wish to include branded items, please ship 100 of your item of choice to the hotel. These items must arrive to the hotel no later than January 29th, 2026 to be included in conference gift bags.

Advance Access to Meeting Attendee List

As a silver sponsor, you will receive early access to our attendee list. Here is the current list of registrants.

Important Deadlines:

  • ASAP – Please send your organization’s logo to knspear@mayorsinnovation.org. Please have the representatives attending the conference register as soon as possible. You are welcome to view our list of current registrants here.
  • By January 9th – Please register all attendees, send us any digital materials you would like us to put on our flash drives, and send us any text and images you would like to include on our website or newsletter in advance of the conference.
  • January 29th – Please send your printed materials and gift bag “swag” to the hotel by 4pm. Please ship materials to our address:
