Attendees must cover their own travel & hotel costs. The nearest airport is the Reagan National Airport (DCA).

A hotel room block is at the Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Avenue NW (a 0.4 mile walk from the meeting) at a rate of $258/night.

Registration covers the cost of materials and all meals listed on the agenda. If you registered for the original meeting in January, simply contact Emily Miota to roll over your registration to March.

First-time Mayors

Never been to our meetings? First-time mayors can attend for free! Indicate on registration that this is your first meeting, and the fee will be waived. Attendees are still responsible for travel/hotel.

Member Cities

As always, registration is free for member city mayors and their staff. Any cities that held a current membership on 8/1/2020 or later are eligible.

Non-Member Cities

Mayors: $375/person
Council members or city staff: $425/person

We will follow all CDC guidelines for indoor groups (such as wearing masks), and strictly follow all local regulations.

All attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated–including a booster shot–against COVID-19.

Directly before the meeting, we invite women-identified mayors to join us at the Women Mayors Network lunch, March 16, 12-1:30pm. Joining us will be Jennifer Klein, Co-Director of the White House Gender Policy Council, and Julie Chavez Rodrigues, Director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
