Speaking Opportunity - Deadline: July 14, 2023
As a silver sponsor, your sponsorship includes a 5-minute speaking opportunity during one of our signature events. These events include our welcome reception on 8/9, city tours on 8/10, innovation showcase on 8/10, and full group breakfast on 8/11. Specific time slots are offered on a first come, first choice basis.
To reserve your spot, email us at info@mayorsinnovation.org with your preferred signature event. See the Summer Meeting page for agenda and additional details on each signature event.
You are welcome to use slides and audio/visual aids for your presentation. If your presentation will require any A/V or other equipment, you must confirm this by July 14 to ensure we have the appropriate setup to meet your needs.
Meeting Passes - Deadline: July 20, 2023
Your sponsorship includes two full meeting registration passes.
Please ask each individual who will attend to register as a “confirmed sponsor” (via the last question in the registration form) by no later than July 20.
Marketing Materials - Deadline: July 20, 2023 (arrival)
As a silver sponsor, we will distribute both print and digital marketing materials from your organization to all meeting attendees. You are welcome to share one printed item (up to 10 pages in length) and two digital marketing materials:
- Print materials: Print materials may include one-pagers, reports, flyers, postcards, etc. Ship 100 copies of your print material of choice to us. We will include the materials we receive in each attendee’s meeting information packet. For print materials to be included in attendee packets, they must arrive no later than July 20. - Digital materials: Up to two digital items may be included on the flash drives we provide to each attendee. Materials may include articles, reports, promotional materials, etc. Please, no video. Digital materials must be submitted to info@mayorsinnovation.org by July 20 to be included in the flash drives.
Branded Items - Deadline: July 20, 2023 (arrival)
As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to provide branded promotional items to be included in our conference gift bags. Branded item examples include pens, stress balls, hand sanitizer, bandanas, screen cleaning cloths, candy tins, etc.
If you wish to provide branded materials, ship 100 of your item of choice to us.

Email Newsletter & Social Media - Deadline: July 3, 2023
Silver sponsors receive recognition in our national email newsletter and one social media mention prior to the meeting.
Please email us at info@mayorsinnovation.org by July 3 with the following information:
- Which social media sites your organization is on, including your handles
- Any specific wording, hashtags, or phrases you would like us to use (or avoid)
- Any logos, colors, or design elements you would like us to use (or avoid)
- If applicable, details on any specific webinar, event, or project you would like us to highlight in our newsletter (including website URLs and associated graphics)
